1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRINTS TO ARRIVE?
Prints come directly from Bay Photo where you can choose your own size, surface, and frame. Delivery time is 5 - 7 business days on average.
2. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We ship worldwide with USPS and FedEx. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
The shipping cost will automatically appear in your cart when you begin the payment process. It will be based on weight, insurance (price of art), destination, packing requirements, and size of box or crate.
3. WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ORIGINAL WORK OF ART. To that end you will have 5 days after receiving your art to contact Jan Thoreen Lewis Fine Art and ship your painting back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping, including insurance.
FINE ART PRINTS are not returnable, but if they arrive damaged, keep all packaging and contact [email protected] with your order number for instructions. Every attempt is made to ensure that your prints arrive in perfect condition.
For COMMISSIONED ART, Jan works with you during the process of creating your one-of-a-kind personal painting, so by the time you receive it you have viewed and approved it before it is shipped. There is a 50% non-refundable down-payment for all commissions, but Jan will include up to 3 small adjustments on the work during the process for your satisfaction. Therefore, commissions, once approved and accepted are not returnable.
4. CAN I GET A REFUND?
If you purchased an original piece of art that you do not want to keep, you can receive a refund of your purchase price less all shipping and insurance costs upon our receipt of the returned artwork.
If after approving and receiving your commissioned piece you are still not satisfied, you can receive a refund of 50% of the total price, less shipping and insurance, upon returning the painting.
5. HOW DO I COMMISSION A PIECE OF ART?
If you have personal photos of a favorite vacation spot, home, pet, family member (s), or sepia photos from your family collection, contact Jan at [email protected] to schedule a conversation about your order. She will be thrilled to make your dream a reality.
A non-refundable down-payment of 50% of the price will be due before your piece is started and the balance will be due upon completion.
Jan makes every effort to be sure you are pleased with your painting by contacting you during the process to give you updates or ask questions if needed. You will also be able to approve the final product before it is shipped.
